2010 Moorage promotion for New Tenants

Moorage Fee for first month
Effective
June 16th 2010, Salmon Bay Marina has discontinued
its offering of moorage at $1.00 for the first month for
new tenants. Contact our office for future moorage deals.

Requirements:
-
Sign a moorage agreement for a 7 month term and
comply with all rules and regulations of Marina.
- Be
a client who has not moored with us since Aug.1, 2009
- Submit
a moorage application during the month of May through
June 15th.
- All
tenants must have insurance - inquire at office for
limits and type.
- Take
occupancy of the moorage within 15 days after submitting
moorage application or by June 15th, 2010 which ever
is earlier.
- Pay
$1 for the 1st month plus last month moorage deposit
upon application submittal.
- Moorage
Rate is based on the greater of: Length Overall - LOA
(extreme bow to extreme stern including Bow pulpits,
davits, tenders, swim steps etc.) or Slip Length.
- Slips
rented may continue occupancy after promotional moorage
agreement term without renewal. (Marina office must
receive termination notice per Moorage Agreement before
month 7 begins or moorage will continue on a month to
month basis).
- Additional
costs:
- $17.00
meter fee for slips with power outlets ($17.00
meter fee includes first 100 KW electricity monthly
usage)
- refundable
deposit for Dock keys
- refundable
deposit for parking permit
- All
boats must have insurance in compliance with moorage
agreement.
- Non-Live-aboard
spaces only
